On Tuesday, August 26, join sommeliers Ryan O’Malley and Jessica at Adult Therapy for a sparkling-focused edition of the Tuesday Somm Selects: Champagne & Cellar Series. This tasting features one exceptional grower-producer Champagne alongside six sustainably farmed, small-production sparkling wines from across the globe. All wines are made with minimal intervention techniques by passionate, often family-run wineries with generations of expertise.

There’s no subscription or commitment—just a $40 tasting fee. Purchase three featured bottles and your next SSC&CS tasting is on the house. All featured wines are available at 15% off retail and ready for pick-up the following week.

Ryan represents two Master Sommelier-curated importers and two female-owned wine importers, while Jessica is Adult Therapy’s in-house Sommelier. Together, they select themes that make learning and tasting fun, while helping you build a collection of wines with stories, character, and the memory of having tried them yourself.
