Join winery owner Lynne Safriel of Safriel House Wines for a guided tasting of six South African wines. Learn about the country’s grape varietals, the impact of soil and climate, and hear Lynne’s story of starting the winery, sourcing from bush-vine vineyards, and collaborating with winemakers. Safriel House is known for holding wines back to release them with added age and complexity, offering a rare opportunity to taste mature South African wines. Participants receive 15% off all featured wines and cheeses. Must be 21+.
