The first in Ryan O’Malley’s new Tuesday Somm Selects: Champagne & Cellar Series kicks off with Wines of Portugal. This guided tasting spotlights one exceptional grower-producer Champagne alongside six sustainably farmed, small-production Portuguese wines, all made with minimal intervention by passionate, family-run wineries.

Ryan, a sommelier and representative for two Master Sommelier–curated importers and two female-owned wine importers, teams up with Jessica, Adult Therapy’s in-house sommelier, to create engaging, educational themes.
